Who is M&P?Matt and Phil's worlds collided back in late 2012 through a youth leadership conference they both happened to be chaperoning. Not knowing each other, they were paired-up to create a presentation to lift up the youth at the conference. Without even realizing it, M&P was born through the prep, laughs, and drive to not only empower that audience, but entertain them as well. That first presentation was the beginning of a life-changing journey for Matt and Phil that continues to this day; supporting and helping others grow in their
self-confidence through unique, meaningful, and fun experiences. Now experts in cultivating confidence, Matt and Phil continue to push their own personal growth and live out their mission in order to squeeze the most out of their "ordinary, yet extraordinary" lives. Matt Matkovich (Left) is an ultra-marathon running, College Board recognized school counselor with a master's degree in school guidance and counseling.
Phil Januszewski (Right) is a tattooed covered, Netflix baking-show flopping, former high school chem and physics teacher with a master's degree in teaching leadership.
