Whether speaking to an audience of thousands or leading hands-on interactive workshops for small groups, Javier’s goal remains the same; equipping people with the skills, tools, resources, information, and inspiration to experience life to the fullest in a healthy, positive, and productive way.

Brent Swolsky is a youth engagement and motivational speaker from Chicago, IL. As an active high school counselor and educator for over 22 years, Brent understands first hand that teens are shaping the world everyday. Drawing from his own personal and professional experiences, Brent challenges the mind and spirit of his audiences, delivering a message of hope to youth that the experiences they have help drive the choices they make. Through storytelling, conversations, and activity, Brent engages his audience in a meaningful dialogue, so they come away with ideas on how to share their own story.

Mollie Marshall is a dedicated, self-contained special education teacher currently serving on the board of Changing the Face of Beauty. Her life’s work is to shine a light on the beauty and potential of those living with a disability and is an advocate to help give them a voice in today’s mainstream culture.

Kevin Pierce is a math educator and advocate for youth leadership development from Rochester, NY. Kevin is a volunteer, school advisor, and keynote speaker for the Heart of New York Teen Institute. His passion and mission statement revolve around personal growth, being true to yourself, and having fun in the process!

Doug Petit is a public speaker and dedicated host of the "Positive Alternatives" podcast, where he consistently promotes healthy choices amongst teens.
