Antonio McMath is a father of two great sons (21 and 16) and husband to his amazing wife of 23 years. His life has been a "box" of positives and negatives that he has shaken up, with all things having worked out for the better. He has been homeless, experienced loss, and seen his entire life turned upside down; yet this has only made him stronger and given him experiences to share with youth. His message is that no matter happens, it is our choice on what we do with it and how we let it affect us. For the past 15 years, Antonio has been a life-coach/mentor for students with learning disabilities and a personal trainer for youth to assist in mentally and physically preparing them for life.
