Alice is a positive psychologist, coach, teacher and business leader that is all about helping people uncover the best version of themselves by discovering their VIBE. She challenges them to consider what they transmit and helps them to amplify their message so that they can flourish and thrive in all areas of life.

Randall Holt is a son, father, uncle, Grandfather, coach and mentor that enjoys giving back to the community. He is also a student of life and believes that learning is a lifelong journey.

Makeda Queen is a project manager, a fierce advocate for diversity and inclusion, and a community outreach leader who is passionate about enabling positive outcomes for those most in need of advancement. Queen applies a studied balance of discipline, empathy, and honesty toward problem solving and strategic planning.

Steve Dickman has 15 years experience in special education and currently serves as an Assistant Principal in Central Ohio. He is devoted to creating a stress-free learning environment for students so they can overcome significant challenges. He has a Master’s in School Leadership from Miami University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology from The Ohio State University, majoring in Human Development & Family Science. Steve was born and raised in rural Northwest Ohio and is a Veteran of the United States Navy, where he served on the nuclear fast attack submarine U.S.S. Toledo. He lives in Central Ohio with his lovely wife Amanda, daughter Emma, son Owen, and a very lovable lab Sawyer. Steve enjoys running and uses running as a way to do philanthropic work. His goal is to simply create feelings of hope for families that need it.
